Section Title: “Premises Overview”
Description: A quick overview of the premises that the user is managing or assigned to. Clicking on this section will direct the user to a detailed list of all buildings.

Example Layout:

Premises Link: “View All Buildings”
- Clicking this will lead to a detailed page with all buildings/premises accessible by the user. The buildings can be listed with additional filters like “Name,” “Location,” and “Status.”
Summary Information:
- Number of Buildings: Displays the number of buildings assigned or being managed by the user.
- Building Status: Show the most recent status of the buildings (e.g., “Operational,” “Under Maintenance,” “In Testing,” etc.).

Section Title: “Topics Overview”
Description: A quick link to view all topics associated with the buildings or tasks. This could include various maintenance, technical, or operational topics.

Example Layout:

Topics Link: “View All Topics”
- Clicking this link will direct the user to a page where they can see all the topics they are involved with (e.g., Building System, Electrical Maintenance, etc.).
Summary Information:
- Active Topics: Displays a summary of the active topics with a count of how many are ongoing.
- Last Updated: Displays the date when the topics were last updated.

Section Title: “Last Updated”
Description: This section provides the most recent updates across buildings, tasks, and topics. It can include the date and a summary of what was updated.

Example Layout:

Last Update Date: “January 1st, 2025”
Details: “Last building inspection updated, Task #123 completed, Topic ‘Electrical’ updated.”

Section Title: “Completed Tests This Year”
Description: A summary of the tests conducted or completed within the current year. This can include inspections, technical tests, and system evaluations.

Section Title: “Assigned Tasks + Premises Overdue”
Description: A list of tasks that are assigned to the user, with an emphasis on overdue tasks or actions for premises.
